Whether now known or hereafter devised, for eternity, and you release the New Castle-Henry County Renaissance Festival, its board memember, community partners, and any volutneers of the event from any liability whatsoever of any nature.

Do not attend this event if you do not wish to be photographed or videotaped.

Code of Conduct

The New Castle-Henry County Renaissance Festival is committed in all areas to providing an environment that is free from harassment. Harassment based upon an individual's sex, race, ethnicity, national origin, age, religion or any other legally protected characteristics will not be tolerated. All attendees, including event workers and volunteers, are expected and required to abide by this policy. The New Castle-Henry County Renaissance Festival reserves the right to ask any persons violating this policy to leave the event-- including calling the New Castle Police Department if needed.

New Castle-Henry County Renaissance Festival, Inc. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to providing a free, annual Renaissance Festival in Henry County, Indiana. We are a 7 member volunteer board who work year-round to raise funds, organize, and run this event.
